The all-you-can-eat gourmet feast also will include a cocktail hour, live music, a silent auction featuring Bruce Springsteen tickets, original artwork, dinners at fine restaurants and weekend getaways.

Elijah’s Promise provides an array of services and has helped move people out of poverty since its establishment in 1989. As the only emergency feeding center in the area, Elijah’s Promise serves 300 to 400 meals a day and has food programs for HIV-infected clients. Their culinary program is an innovative venture that teaches low-income adults the skills they need to launch successful careers in the hospitality and food service industries. Graduates have landed jobs in premier hotels and restaurants throughout the New York/New Jersey region
